Figure 19 Staff Immunization Icons explanation

As in Figure 19,

  • Past Due

If an Immunization dose should be taken on a specific date and if it was not taken, the dosage is tagged as ‘Past Due’. For example, if the First Dosage date was 06.02.2024 and if it was not taken by the staff on that day, the Dosage date will be marked as ‘Past Due’ from 06.03.2024.

  • Upcoming Due

When an Immunization is at a future date, the Next dosage date will be tagged as ‘Upcoming Due’. This tag is displayed from 1 month before the actual next dosage date. For example: If the First dosage date of an Immunization is 06.12.2023 and the next dosage date is 6 months from the first dosage date, the Next dosage date will be 06.06.2024. This will be tagged as ‘Upcoming Due’ and displayed one month before the Next dosage date i.e. from 06.05.2024.

  • Exempted – If only one dose of the immunization is exempted
  • Immunization fully completed will be marked in the below scenarios
  • If the staff has taken all the immunization doses and the dosage dates are updated for all doses
  • if 1 dose of Immunization is taken and the remaining doses are exempted
  • Immunization fully exempted will be marked in the below scenarios
  • If ‘Fully exempt’ option is set for the staff
  • If Individual exemptions are given for all the doses.
