Individual Staff Immunization


Staff Immunization details can be accessed and managed by following the path given below:

Clicking on the Staff Record (Figure 10) under Employee/Staff section will navigate the users to Staff Record list page. (Figure 11)

Clicking the Immunization link in a staff record (Figure 11) displays the Staff Immunization page. In the Staff Immunization page (Figure 12) all Immunizations irrespective of applicable age are listed.

NOTE:

  • For the first time, when the user views this page, all the immunizations applicable for the staff is based on age will be tagged as ‘Past Due’ 
  • Past Due dosage number will be provided only if it is a non-recurring dose

By clicking on View Info (Figure 12), all the immunizations details such as Immunization name, description, applicable age, immunization type, dosages and the frequency set at company level will be displayed. (Figure 13)
