Family Notes
This option enables the user to maintain the notes of the families. The user can record general notes about a family. These notes could pertain to enrollment, billing, child, pick-up instructions, etc.
To add / edit the family notes,
- Click Family notes in the Edit Family Record Page, the Family Notes page will be displayed.

- Enter notes for the family in Notes not exceeding 1000 characters. Mandatory Field.
- Select the category of notes from the Category. Mandatory Field.
- Modify the name of the person who recorded the notes if needed. By default it will display the name of logged in person. Mandatory Field.
- Click Save to add the notes. The entered notes will be displayed in the summary. To return to the Add/Edit Family Record page, click Back.
