The Child Billing Box Setup Report is used to generate a report of all tuition billing items per child in the center. The tuition billing items added in the Program Billing section of Child - Billing & Schedule page will be displayed in this report.

To generate this report,

  • Click Child Billing Item Setup Report in Reports page. The Child Billing Item Setup Report page will be displayed with the filter criteria:

Select the relevant filter criteria:

  • Select whether to Show child record with empty billing item in the report.
  • Select the format in which the report has to be opened, from the Report Type option.
  • Click Submit to download the report.
