Introduction

For the Staff working in a Child Care Center (CDC), Immunizations are mandatory based on recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the American Academy of Pediatrics.   These immunizations are applicable for staff with the age range of 19 to 65+. Staff Immunization enables the protection of the children who are under their care in the CDCs. 

  • Staff Immunization setup module helps in capturing the immunization along with its details (such as the type, applicable age, dosages and its frequency) that needs to be taken by the staff across the installations. The Company Super User or the Company Admin can set up the Immunizations at the Company level.
  • Individual Staff Immunization helps in add, update or exempt the doses of the immunization list. The Company Super user, Center Director, Base Admin, or any custom role who has access to staff Immunization page can update Staff Immunizations details. Here, any past due or upcoming due of an immunization is indicated so that the staff can plan and take the doses accordingly.
  • The Staff Immunization reports at Center level can be generated based on Past due or Upcoming due status, grouped by Immunization or Staff and can be downloaded in both CSV and PDF format.  These reports help us know the number of staff for whom the immunization is already taken or yet to be taken in the future.
