The Company Super User, Center Director, Base Admin, Or Any Custom Role Who Has Access To Staff Immunization Page Can Update Staff Immunizations Details And View The Immunization Status.
- What Is The Applicable Age For Immunization?
The Applicable Age For Immunization Is Determined Based On The Age Specified During The Immunization Setup.
- How Is The Next Dosage Date Calculated?
Once A Staff Adds The Dosage Taken Date For An Immunization Through Add Dosage Date, The Next Dosage Due Date Is Calculated Based On The Added Date And The Set Frequency For That Immunization.
- Why Is An Immunization Tagged As ‘Past Due’?
If An Immunization Dose Should Be Taken On A Specific Date And If It Was Not Taken, The Dosage Is Tagged As ‘Past Due’. For Example, If A Dosage Date Was On 06.02.2024 And It Was Not Taken By The Staff On That Day, The Dosage Date Will Be Marked As ‘Past Due’ From 06.03.2024.
- Why Is An Immunization Tagged As ‘Upcoming Due’?
When An Immunization Dose Is At A Future Date, The Next Dosage Date Will Be Tagged As ‘Upcoming Due’ From 1 Month Before The Actual Next Dosage Date. For Example: If The First Dosage Date Of An Immunization Is 06.12.2023 And The Next Dosage Date Is 6 Months From The First Dosage Date, The Next Dosage Date Will Be 06.06.2024. It Will Be Tagged As ‘Upcoming Due’ And Displayed One Month Before The Next Dosage Date I.E. From 06.05.2024.

A Recurring Dose Is An Immunization That Is Administered For A Specific Number Of Times, With The Mentioned Dosage Frequency. For Example, A Recurring Dose For An Immunization Ie., Influenza Needs To Be Taken Every Year From 19-65+ Years.
- What Is A Non-Recurring Dose?
A Non-Recurring Dose Is An Immunization Dose That Is Administered Only For A Specified No. Of Times In A Lifetime. For Example, Covid 19 Is A Non-Recurring Immunization, Where Only 2 Doses Need To Be Taken Throughout One’S Lifetime With An Interval Of 15 Weeks. - What Is The Green Or Blue Color Against The Immunization List Indicate?
