The list of families who have registered for the camp and also processed by the Director will fall under this status.

To view the Registered families,

  • Click Process Camp / Event Registration in the Main Menu Page.
  • Chose the relevant camp / event from the Select Camp / Event list and 'Registered' from the View list. The Family Registrations Management Page will be displayed with the list families in registered status

  • Click View against the particular family to view their details. The Edit Parent- Child Information Page 2 will be displayed:

  • Modify the child and contact information if required.
  • Enter notes if any in Notes.
  • Under Registration Details, user can Cancel / Add new Session.


To Cancel a Session,

    • Click Cancel against the relevant session. A confirmation pop-up window will be displayed.
    • Click Ok, Session Cancellation Page will be displayed. To return to the Edit Parent-Child Information page 2, click Cancel.

    • Select the items to be void from the ledger.

Note: Its mandatory to select.

    • Click Void, a confirmation pop-up window will be displayed.
    • Click Yes, a success message will be shown for the items voided. To return to the Session Cancellation Page Click No.


To Add a New Session,

    • Click Add New Session in Edit Parent- Child Information Page 2. Add New Sessions Page will be displayed:

    • Select the Session. Its Mandatory to select.
    • Click Next, Confirm Session Page will be displayed with the added session:

    • Click Register. A success message will be shown for the session registered successfully. Click Ok.
  • The Edit Parent- Child Information Page 2 will be displayed with the newly registered / cancelled camp under registration details.
  • Click Save, to save the records and success message will be displayed for the record saved.
