To send year end tax statement,

  • Click the radio button in year end tax statement from Select Statement Type list in Account Statement Batch Email Page 1.
  • Click Next, Tax Statement Batch Mail Page will be displayed:

  • Select the dates from Dates list.Its mandatory field.

Note: In From and To date will be automatically display the date as per the selection of dates in Dates.Except for Custom Date .

  • Select the status of family from Family Status list.
  • Click Submit. Select Contacts to Email Page 2 is displayed where to select the families to send the emails. To return back to the main menu page click Cancel.

  • Select the specific families else select the check box of Sel to select all the families. Its mandatory to select at least a family from the list.
  • Click Continue, Compose Message and Send Page 5 will be displayed where user can compose the mail and send to the selected families. Click Cancel to return back to the Account Statement Batch Email Page 1

  • Enter the subject of the email in Subject.
  • Enter the message to be sent in Message and select the necessary formatting options from the available list.
  • Click the check box of Restore original reminder message text to restore the email.
  • Click Review , Review Message Page 3 will be displayed to review the message .To return back to the Select Contacts To Email Page click Cancel.

  • To review the email, click Review Attachment.The File Download window will be displayed,Click Open to open the PDF file. To save the file click Save. To close the window, click Cancel
  • Click Send,the email will be sent to the selected families.The success message will be displayed.To go back to the Compose Message and Send Page 5 click Cancel.
